Welcome to Das ANIMAL HAUS! Nestled in the Cascade Mountains in the beautiful Bavarian Village of Leavenworth is our beautiful light and bright top floor animal themed retreat, just a short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from the heart of town! Come stay with us and relax after exploring the village's many unique shops, restaurants, pubs and wineries. Leavenworth is host to events like Oktoberfest and the Christmas Lighting Festival and is the Gateway to endless outdoor adventures! Enjoy!
Our beautifully designed 2nd story home includes the following rooms with sleeping accommodations and gorgeous views of the cascade mountains from each room. Each of the two bedrooms have memory foam mattresses for extra comfort!
Master Bedroom - Relaxing light space with a Queen bed, master bathroom, and large closet. Decorated with Bears!
2nd Bedroom - Comfortable light space with a Queen bed - The main bathroom is just outside the door in the hallway. This room is decorated with Mountain Goats!
Living Room - Open and bright floor plan with an electric fireplace for ambiance, large screen TV and comfortable seating. The couch folds into a cozy queen size bed for additional sleeping space!
Outdoor - Undercover outdoor deck with chairs, a table and barbeque allowing you to enjoy the weather and fresh air - Hang out rain, snow, or shine!
Kitchen - Amazing kitchen with new appliances, and all the utensils and gadgets needed to prepare meals!
Guests have access to our entire home with the exception of our supply closets which are locked.
We (Ben and Kat) are available by phone if you have any questions at all. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. We want you to enjoy your stay as much as absolutely possible!
Almost everything in Leavenworth is within walking distance! We have also provided two cruiser bikes for you use with helmets and bike locks.
A portion of all profits earned from Das Animal Haus are donated to Save-A-Mutt; An animal rescue out of Silvana Washington that works to find forever homes for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. Hello! We are Ben and Kat from Washington State USA. We love to travel and experience new places and meet new people from all walks of life. We also host a few of short-term vacation rentals that we call Animal House Retreats. They are located in the heart of Broad Ripple Indianapolis, in the Bavarian Village town of Leavenworth in Washington, and in downtown San Antonio. We put a lot of effort into making our home a great relaxing home away from home for our guests. We provide a fully stocked kitchen so that our guests can make full meals. We provide bikes and sleds for outdoor activities. We provide board games for the times our guests would rather stay in for the night also. We are always a phone call or message away when our guests need anything!

Our home is beautifully decorated and a short .75 mile walk to the heart of Leavenworth. We have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from both bedrooms and the living room.
