Small, cosy apartment block "Nova Soberana", 4 storeys. In the centre of Javea, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: fitness room, lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km pebble beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lovely apartment, but no free Wi-Fi
Lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and with well equipped modern appliances. Beds were nice and comfy. Great location for the Old Town. But disappointed that there was no wi-fi, and no English speaking channels on the TV, not even BBC news. Would I stay here again? Yes if free wi-fi is installed, I think it’s essential today
