Sandy Shells is located in Paradise Retreat, a Private and Gated community right off Hwy98 in Miramar Beach.
WALKING distance about 500 yards from the house to our Private Beach Access gate. Play all day then sit back and relax watching the stunning sunsets.
For you shoppers we have The “ Silver Sands Outlet Mall,” you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok, Sketchers, Levi’s – just to name a few. Definely A Home Away From Home!

Let me first start of by saying that this property was everything anyone would need while vacationing. The beds are extremely comfortable in all of the bedrooms including the bunkbeds. I love that the property owner added all of the extra special touches. It's nestled in a nice quiet community. The parking is great for families arriving in multiple cars. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. The backyard is nice and offers comfortable seating outside on the patio. This is a property that my family and I all agreed on as being an excellent choice for our Thanksgiving holiday vacation. I had to contact the owners for a small issue and they responded within minutes and rectified the problem expeditiously. Everything was exceptionally!

The house was nice and clean, the free amenities where great.(drinks, sunscreen, beach chairs, etc) gerat modern feel to the house and located in a really nice area.

LOVED this home.

This home is amazing and the location is perfect! It's half way between Destin and Sandestin, so shopping, Baytown, restaurants, and arcades were all less than 10 minutes away. The beach was in walking distance and so was Pompano Joe's. The hosts thought of everything and gifted us with toiletries (including sunscreen), water, sodas, etc. The beds have good mattresses. We slept so well! The only thing I would change is switching out the bunk beds for two full or twin beds. The top bunk was close to the light fixture, so I opted not to have my child sleep there. Everything else was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.
