This home features a fully furnished kitchen, large living area, a spacious balcony with open water views, four bedrooms, three baths, laundry room and able to sleep 8 comfortably. Best of all is the beautiful resort style pool and surrounding landscape, complete with tiki hut and adjacent to a deep-water pier. Outdoor amenities include a tandem kayak, private hot tub, covered parking, a gas grill, picnic table, bait freezer and fish cleaning tables. Bring your boat or rent a boat we have the dock space reserved for you.

Location: Ideally situated near Vaca Cut, both the ocean and gulf are easily accessible. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are within walking distance. Guests enjoy taking day trips to Key West, spotting the key deer on Big Pine Key or venturing to Bahia Honda State Park by boat or car. Marathon has an aquarium, a movie theater, golf, The Turtle Hospital, and Dolphin Research Center just to name a few nearby attractions.

Located adjacent to the property is a boat launch and marina with lift service, fuel dock as well as indoor storage in case you wish to leave your boat in the Keys for your next trip! We have had several guests stay at Sea Forever, store their boat indoors then return a month or so later in the season. Their boat is stored close, safe and ready to go for their return arrival! We know that boating and fishing in a new area can create a learning curve. Upon request, we will provide our guests with some coordinates and locations of terrific fishing spots and snorkel areas. Marathon and the surrounding waters offer some of the best sport fishing, reef snorkeling and wreck diving in the world. We want you to get your vacation going from the minute you arrive. We will shorten the learning curve and get you on the fish right away! Our fishing and boating guide will be an invaluable tool to the novice and those arriving for their first time. We just ask that you share photos of your catch with us!

Min. Booking age is 25 years old

The Resort has surround outside property surveillance cameras, they are recording for Security and Liability Purposes. They are placed to record common areas. There is no cameras inside and no one is actively watching the cameras outside. Location as follows: All common areas, Docks, Resort entrance and Back of the properties.

The shared pool will not be heated from April to the end of October

Kayaks on the property are first come first serve 4 only provided

The home has a max occupancy of 10 people, no matter the age. Sleeps 8 only in bed

Home is not pet-friendly at any time. (you will be asked to leave or remove the animal from the property immediately)

One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay. (Trailer for a 35ft boat Max)

ONE boat per unit allowed no matter size

Space for two cars and one trailer, you must keep all cars and trailer under carport at all times

Smoking is not allowed near, in, or under the carport of the home. ( if you must smoke please be mind full of other guests and do so on the picnic table near the kayak launch area)

Please respect others and clean up all common areas

Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival via text and email. (please provide your email address)

Quality Control Staff will be checking the property on the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

Towels and Linens are provided.

A starter kit of toiletries is provided only. (you must bring or buy for your entire stay)
