This tastefully decorated, first floor condo is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of golf, beach, touring, shopping, fishing or kayaking. The property is a spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo situated on the challenging Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. A pub and clubhouse are just a two minute walk away. The facility also includes tennis courts, full size driving range and putting green as well as the renowned Mel Sole Golf School.

The upscale unit sleeps 6 with bedrooms on either side of the living room for enhanced privacy. Ideal for families or two couples. The living room features a 50" TV over the fireplace. Dining room also has a 32" TV as well. One spacious bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet and large master bath with dual sinks, separate shower and whirlpool bath. Expansive sliding glass doors provide an abundance of natural light and access to the private deck and patio. The second master bedroom features two Queen beds with walk in closet and pretty beach themed bathroom with dual vanity, separate shower, whirlpool bath and hair dryer. This bedroom also has sliders to a private deck and patio area.

The comfortable living room is highlighted by a wall of windows and sliding glass doors, which open onto a screened porch furnished with great patio furniture. Perfect for dining, reading or watching the golfers hone their game. There also is a lovely formal dining room with seating for six. The unit features flat screen TVs, upgraded cable with DVR and premium channels, wireless internet, ceiling fans as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well appointed with a breakfast bar, new electric stove, microwave, new dishwasher, new coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and cookware.

Located within the gated Pawleys Plantation community, guests can enjoy access to the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. You are just minutes from pristine beaches, Brookgreen Gardens, charming local shops, and great restaurants. Myrtle Beach Airport is only about 30 minutes away, making arrivals and departures a breeze. Included in your rental is a state park pass for Huntington Beach State Park, giving you easy access to one of the area’s most scenic beaches and nature preserves your ideal getaway on the South Carolina coast.

Very nice

Excellent property nicely set up and great for couples traveling together. I didn’t read the the listing carefully to note that there was no access to the pools on the grounds but we made do and had a great time. Thanks for a nice stay.

Pawley's Island Plantation is a Gem

The location of this condo in Pawley's Island plantation was beautiful and peaceful. Quiet, serene, sitting on a golf course, with an outside screened porch was relaxing and enjoyable. Even though you have to drive to get to the beach, the drive is not long; and all the necessary shops and grocery stores are conveniently located. We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We had an early flight out so it was convenient to leave our keys in their box. A great experience for our first trip to the area and we will definitely return!

Unit was clean and comfortable, with very friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed the Pauley’s Plantation setting, and the location was convenient to our many local destinations. A non-working dishwasher was fixed the same day we reported it. We called the office for help with the confusing cable/streaming TV setup, and had a fully functioning TV in about ten minutes. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Kudos to TideLife!

House was nice but needs little updates lots of cracks and minor things. Outdoor sitting area needs cleaned for the price. Way to much pine needles and leaves all over everything. Dont look like they clean outside but once a year. Inside was good for a family but to many little things like single bathroom door wont close drywall and tile cracked , toilet paper dont even try just bring your own. All appliances are outdated but usable. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.

Interior Furniture and mattresses

Over all all the furniture was sub par. The chairs in the dining room need to be repaired. They’re all wobbly plus the table. The sofa is like a pit you sink into it can’t get comfortable. Recliner needs to be replaced. It is seen better days mattresses should be replaced Overall the entire interior was dark and gloomy. Would not recommend to stay there.

179-1 Golden Bear

We really enjoyed our stay—great location, clean, all necessary amenities! Only complaint — the mattresses ( in both bedrooms were quite uncomfortable. The incessant squeaking of the master bed’s box springs at the slightest movement of the body made for a constantly disrupted night’s sleep.. Would love to stay here again if the bed issues were remedied.
