At the entrance to the Northern Black Forest is the 3-room apartment in Birkenfeld in the picturesque Enz Valley. The apartment was newly renovated and furnished in 2014. With about 75sqm, the apartment offers enough space for 4-5 people. The equipment is exemplary, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, 46 'flat screen TV - everything is ready for you. The wellness bath with bathtub invites you to relax. Of course there is also a sep. Guest toilet. The apartment is in a very quiet apartment building with only 7 units on a side street. In a few minutes you can reach the town center with numerous restaurants, shops, two pharmacies and much more. Public transport can be reached on foot in three minutes. Bus and train station guarantee a perfect connection. Parking is possible in front of the house. The A8 motorway (Pforzheim WEST junction) is about a 10-minute drive away.
