It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 3 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed - Shower room/WC - Bathroom/WC with shower and bathtub, en suite to one bedroom - The courtyard-side bedroom has an office - Two bedrooms have a sea view - 600 m² enclosed garden - Pool heated from early April to late October (5 m x 3 m, depth 0.90 m), secured by a gate. The pool is for the exclusive use of tenants - Garden furniture - Relaxation area - 6 deckchairs - Plancha grill - Parking - Sea view - Beach 100 m away. - In the garden, 2 dining areas: 1 on the terrace, 1 in the garden near the grill. - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Dryer - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer - Single-serve and filter coffee maker - Television - Wi-Fi (fiber) - Hair dryer - Towel dryer - Electric vehicle charging station (additional charge: €80/week/vehicle) - Beds made upon arrival A very comfortable house with the sea as its horizon
