Location Description

The apartment is very quiet on the edge of the forest, 50 m from the hiking trails and 1 km to the ski slope with drag lift (witch ride). The town center with shops, restaurants, spa gardens, ice rink and the Wurmberg cable car can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The non-smoking apartment Bergsuite No. 27 has 2 separate rooms.

The first room has a spacious living and dining area. Here is a cozy corner multifunctional sofa, coffee table, wall unit with a Bluetooth radio, cable TV and WiFi. In the dining area you will find a corner set and 2 chairs, a new kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.

The second room is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV.

The bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Toboggan sleds and skis / snowboards can be parked in the ski cellar. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the house.

Very nice appartment for long weekend trip

We are 3 adult roadbike riders and we booked the appartment for 3 nights. It was very nice and clean, and in a quiet area. Booking was very flexible, thank you!

Schöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist süß eingerichtet und man kann es sich auf jeden Fall es dort gemütlich machen. Die Lage fand ich persönlich auch sehr gut. Leider, die Kommunikation mit der Person, die für die Verwaltung zuständig war, war katastrophe. Andererseits, Katharina ist sehr nett und wir haben immer eine schnelle Antwort bekommen. Die Wohnung für 5 Personen ist definitiv zu klein und das 2. Bett zu hart. Badezimmer fanden wir super und die Distribution der Zimmer hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Der Fußweg zum Wurmberg war nur etwas weit für unsere zweijährige Tochter.

Klein und fein in schöner Lage

Wir sind mit 3 Kindern (zwischen 0 und 7) in dieser Wohnung gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und selbst mit 5 Personen hat der Platz gereicht. Vielen Dank!

Funktionell umd super Lage

Es war alles da, was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatzsituation war etwas schwierig.

Schicke Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

In diesem von außen recht unscheinbaren Objekt ist diese Wohnung eine kleine Perle. Schick eingerichtet, schönes Bad, zwei große Räume, clevere Detaillösungen (bspw. Garderobe zwischen den Wohnungstüren oder Sitznische in der Dusche) und gut ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung TOP. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es war alles nötige vorhanden und der Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit. Der erste Eindruck vom Haus ist nicht schön, aber die inneren Werte zählen - alles top.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Die kleine Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Das Gebäude selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Braunlage I’m Herb

Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr schöne neu renovierte kleine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch super. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder. Für uns war die Größe optimal.

Harmonischer Kurzaufenthalt zum Wandern

Die Wohnung war für drei Erwachsene für unseren Kurzaufenthalt prima geeignet. Die Betten bzw. die Ausziehcouch hatten gute Matratzen, so dass wir ungestört schlafen konnten. Etwas ungünstig war, dass das Badezimmer nur durch das Schlafzimmer zu betreten war. Doch für eine Familie ist das sicher kein Problem.

Klein aber fein

Die Wohung ist praktisch und modern eingerichtet, mit Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Der Wurmberg mit Godelbahn ist quasi auch fast direkt an der Ferienwohung und der Ort Braunlage eignet sich ideal als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Tagesausflüge im Harz. Es hat uns sehr gut in der Ferienwohnung gefallen.

Wir wollten ursprünglich mit 6 Personen, also 3 Paaren, anreisen, waren aber nur vier Personen. Die Wohnung wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern beworben. Ist nicht ganz korrekt, sie hat nur ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohn-, Essraum mit Küchenzeile. Nachteilig auch, dass der Zugang zum Bad nur durch das Schlafzimmer möglich ist.
