Cocoonr offers this charming 250 m² semi-detached town house in Ducey-Les Chéris to rent for up to 12 people.

Situated on the ground floor, it has a north/south aspect, with a south-facing courtyard. The bathrooms and two bedrooms overlook the garden, while the other four bedrooms look out over the village.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A living room comprising a TV lounge with fireplace, a double living room (lounge/dining room), as well as a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher and Lacanche six-burner hob, a pantry, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
- Access to the courtyard, terrace and terraced garden

1st floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), workspace
- Bathroom with bath, double washbasin and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 5: a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (two 90x200 beds for children)
- Bedroom 6: single bed (110x190)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, gas barbecue/plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Beautiful outdoor space of around 350 m²:
- Exotic wood terrace and walled garden
- The garden faces west and south and is sheltered from the wind and view. It is furnished with outdoor furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- A small terrace at the bottom of the garden provides a secluded spot
- An ornamental pond with a few carp completes the property. Please do not feed or touch the carp.
- There are two arches in the garden, one of which is enclosed by a gate, leading to private grounds that are not accessible to travellers and are not maintained.

The accommodation is located in Ducey-Les Chéris, a designated "stopover village", in the historic centre of the village, on a one-way street. The surroundings are very pleasant. Nearby, you'll find a greengrocer, a supermarket, several bakeries, a butcher's, shops, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, a pharmacy, a medical centre and a market every Tuesday...

Activities :
- Ducey-les-Chéris sports complex with two recent tennis courts open to the public.
- Walks along the river Sélune and the greenway are just 5 minutes away on foot.
- In summer, visit the Montgommery castle.
- There is a tourist office in Ducey offering a wide range of activities in the region.
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 20 minutes away by car and the first beaches are 25 minutes away.

Transport :
A car is essential. Access to the A84 less than 5 minutes away. Free parking is available throughout the village. It is possible to park a car in front of the garage entrance.
There is also an electric recharging point 200 m from the house.

There is a market every Tuesday morning. Parking is not permitted from midnight the previous day until around 2pm on Tuesday.

As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information you may find useful:
- Avranches railway station is 15 minutes away and offers numerous bus and train connections.
- Car-sharing is highly developed on the Rennes-Avanches-Caen route. There is a car park at exit 33 / Ducey on the A84.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service).

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Fireplace: wood is not provided. Wood can be purchased from the garden centre less than 1 km away, or from nearby supermarkets.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 12 people, including 2 beds reserved exclusively for children.
