Nice cold ac, clean dishes , appliances functioned. Hot tub, comfy big beds, didn’t have tv other than news, purchased Netflix, only downfall. Out back shaded areas, misters to keep cool while in the sun, ambient lighting fixtures for a serene chill tranquil vibe. Neighbors quiet was a pleasant stay thanks so much!

Umbrellas and a number of cushions on outdoor furnishings need to be replaced, cleanliness of home needs improvement, 2nd bedroom had no drawers or shelves for clothes and no hangers in closet. Couches in living room fantastic, nice to have the hot tub and misters around the patio, kitchen well stocked.

The host was good, the cooking utensils were of good quality. The house was not clean, there wasn't bathroom soap or toilet paper. Also wasn't laundry detergent to use for the sheets and towels. I did like the location. The yard was in need of maintenance,

We enjoyed our stay as the house was clean and well stocked and the AC was on and worked great. Our only disappointment was that there was only a spa in the backyard and while that was nice, the ad implies that there is also a pool on the property and there is not. It is located a mile away and is the housing tracts community pool.

Disappointing

House was not clean..especially kitchen and baths. Yard very unkempt. Many things did not work properly (lights, faucet). Hot tub was one reason we chose this place, but water was not clean and far too many chemicals, we were not comfortable using it.

Terrible

House was not as described. Upon arrival the house was still dirty and had to have cleaners come back out. Garage door didn’t work properly, air filters hadn’t been changed in a long time, shower door kept coming off, bathroom faucet leaked and wires hanging from kitchen light are just a few of the problems. Place wasn’t stocked with supplies or paper products. I would not recommend.
