Perfect location for base camp whether your headed out on horse back or ATV! Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan and Traverse City! If you decide to stay in, the home offers a large front porch with porch swing, cable TV, internet, board games, game room (ping pong, darts, poker table), yard games, sun deck and firepit. The property is directly off horse and ATV trails and 1.7 miles from the Shore to Shore horse trail. Horses are welcome to come with you! Please message for details on horse amenities. Please note that owners are staying on property next door and will need to come onto property to do farm chores, water plants and lawn maintenance.

Excellent place for a vacation. They let us park our camper for our stay. We enjoyed talking to the animals and watching the deer in the early morning. Lots of games, very nicely decorated home and extremely peaceful.

Another great week here: the house, property and location. You’re relatively close to everything: Traverse City, Old Mission, Lelenau, Suttons Bay and Glen Arbor. The city of Lake Ann has everything you need: The Stone Oven has great food, The Red Door for coffee and light breakfast, an ice cream shop and a brewery.

This property was beautiful! Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, I love the western theme! Just the perfect amount of space for us and our kids, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and gracious, and very quick to respond when I had any questions. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Home and Property

This home and property was beautiful and had a ton of amenities. Host was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and would love to stay again. Our only regret is we did not stay longer.

Spacious home close to everything

We loved our stay at this home. Tasteful decor and roomy open concept. It was quiet and private, and the little farm was a unique addition. Garage game room was perfect to both store our car top and tubes and enjoy some competition in the evenings. Close to everything as well. Highly recommend this home.
