This Private Retreat is nestled on 5 wooded acres hidden right in the heart of Evans! Single story home with 3 very spacious and private bedrooms, all with TV’s and ceiling fans. Office to be converted into 4th bedroom for additional sleep space. Master bedroom has King bed and en-suite bath with double vanities, tile shower, separate jetted tub, and bidet. Master also overlooks pond and walks out to rear deck. Bedroom 2 has queen bed and shares jack and Jill bath with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has king bed and walks out to large screened porch overlooking pond. Eat-in kitchen has breakfast nook and bar and also walks out to porch. Separate dining room seats 6. Living room has deep sectional sofa and large screen TV with a wall of windows bringing the outdoors in. A peaceful getaway with rocking chair front porch and scenic views just seconds away from Washington Rd and minutes to golf, shopping, restaurants, and Evans Town Center (Lady Antebellum Park).
