Welcome to Hip Nautic! A relaxing one bedroom condo just a block from Anna Maria Island's famous beaches! Villa 2 comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed in the master and full sized pull out in the living room. The sparkling white eat in kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, contains everything you will need to prepare and serve meals for your friends and family.

Villa 2 is appointed with everything needed for a relaxing, no-fuss vacation at the beach! Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are provided for your convenience. A propane grill is also included on the property in the rear of the building.

Ready for a little nightlife? Hip Nautic is two blocks to the Historic Bridge Street which offers fabulous dining, shopping, and entertainment options to suit every taste.

Villa 2 is located on the ground floor with a rear door that leads to a shared heated pool. There is one parking space provided in the front of the property.

The total cost of your reservation includes damage waiver fee, plus all applicable taxes, and cleaning. The Damage waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for traditional security deposit.

April Girl's long weekend getaway

Stayed 4/26-4/29 (2024) (Fri-Mon) and loved it so much. We had a great stay and the condo was perfect. Cute, clean, great location! Easy, close walk to beautiful beach and excellent restaurant one block away and two block walk to Bridge street with all the shops, bars and more restaurants. Loved the small pool and the backyard. Had breakout and coffee out there every morning. It was the perfect little getaway and the hosts were great and non-intrusive. I actually would not have minded a text to check in to see how we were doing. Beach chairs are provided which is great. The ONLY thing I would suggest to change going forward would be to replace the beach chairs and get better ones. They were very small (narrow), unstable and seemed old. But that is a minor blip. Everything else was just great, highly recommend!!

This was our first time at Anna Maria Island and we had an amazing time here! Our place was so inviting and quaint and in the perfect location to get to everything! Would HIGHLY recommend this place and renting from Karen! She is awesome!!

Great place better if pool filter worked

Great place, clean and walking distance to a lot of great places. Only problem was the filter in the pool was not working so it was stagnant water but other than that would definitely stay again!!

Spring getaway

This unit is very cute and cozy. It is perfect size for 2 and includes everything you could possibly need. Location is ideal with only a short walk to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the beach! This was exactly what we were looking for and this unit met all our needs. Thanks for providing a great place and making our first visit to the island perfect. We will be back!
