Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...

Fantastic trip

We had a super time and Mike's villa we stayed in was perfect. He is the nicest guy and takes lots of pride in his property. It was such a great lication to walk all around and a perfect seat to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the stay!

Great location and beach amenities!

Location was great! Right across Beach House restaurant, which really made meals easy- without having to leave the beach. Villa was clean and included awesome beach amenities- chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart to lug it all back and forth. Walking distance to Bridge Street. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was really well located. I had no trouble finding it and it was well located to shops and restaurants. It was right across from the beach. Moreso the owner had everything anyone would need for a stay on the beach located in the unit.

Annual trip

Third year in a row that we stayed in paradise to celebrate our anniversary! Beach and sunsets rights across the street and Bridge St is a few blocks away. Gets better every year! Mike is a great host and unit is always clean. We will be back!

A slice of paradise and relaxation

Thank you for the awesome stay. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here on Wednesday, got some golfing in, hung out on the beach everyday (for a while since it's so hot), enjoyed some great food and watched your beautiful sunsets. Your accomodations were absolutely perfect for us. We completely appreciate you. Keep up the great work and we'll be back. This is a slice of paradise.

Cute House, Awesome Location

The house is great, and the owner (Mike) is very accommodating. Just a few minutes' walk to Bridge Street or the beach. One thing to note is that the photo is either old or from a weird angle; the house is right on a major intersection and there is plenty of hustle and bustle. But overall it's a great place and highly recommended.

Super clean and great location

June 2020 I had a great time at Mikes Airbnb. It was a walk across the street to beachside dining and the amazing gulf coast sunsets that did not disappoint. I had some issues with the internet and Mike stop fixing the problem until it was done, Did I mention he's a Captain, making it extremely convenient for a sunset cruise or day scuba diving. Thanks Mike!

Comfortable, nothing fancy

Just what you need for a week's stay on Anna Maria island. Clean, comfortable and short walk to beach access. Just be aware that it is on a pretty busy intersection so backing out of parking spot is a lil challenging, but most everyone here is not in a rush and are happy to give you room. (And you can get around easily by foot or free trolley and leave car in spot all week) This place is also just steps from the happening part of Bradenton beach action, with the shops and restaurants of Bridge street like 2 blocks south.

A great condo on a great island

I just spent a month at Dolphin View B and had a great time. The condo was very clean and had a great beachy feel to it. The bed was by far the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I haven't slept as well as I did there in years. I was within a 5 minute walk of many places to go shopping, eat or have a drink. The beach was also just across the street and once you were on it you could walk for miles. Mike who owned the place was a pleasure to talk to and you could tell he was willing to go out of his way to make your experience there as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this condo for any couple who wants to go and have an extremely relaxing trip to a beautiful island.

Beach trip

The location was nice only you cant see the beach from the room like the pictures show. I thought i would be able to walk out the front door and see the beach thats one reason why I booked this location. Also all the equipment is old and frail. Ripping apart from the sun. It raind and we were on the back patio and wanted to put the umbrella cover for the table but it was broken so we had no protection fprotection from the rain. . But it was ok for the price i guess.

Clean, beautiful and so many truly thoughtful extras...

We were SO impressed with our stay! We needed a spot last minute and Mike was very friendly and quick to respond, making it possible to have everything work. The apartment is even prettier than the pictures give it credit for. Everything was sparkling clean and there were so many truly thoughtful touches (two bottles of water chilling in the fridge, a beach wagon with two chairs ready to go and an ice cube scoop in the freezer just as a few examples). We were wondering if the road noise would be a problem, but it truly wasn't! We slept soundly and never heard anything. The beach is literally across the street and it's just beautiful.The apartment truly had everything we needed and it was a delightful place to stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Holiday Get-away

This was my second time in Anna Maria and my husband’s first time. Mike’s place was in a great location at the corner right as you cross the Cortez bridge. We stayed for a week and the space was totally fine for that two of us but it would be a little cramped for our liking had there been anyone else only because the living quarters is fairly small. The bedroom is spacious with a TV and lots of closet and dresser space. Mike had tons of hangers which was a nice change from most Vrbo places we have stayed in. The linens were great as was the bed…very comfortable. This place was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. He really had thought of everything. We actually got to meet Mike which was great. He shared a lot of the history of the island and fun spots to visit. We would highly recommend booking with him. We will be back!

Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your villa. Additional day time public parking is on the East side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or day visitors.

What makes this property unique

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended). Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and much of the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
