We enjoyed a cozy stay at this beautiful guest house. The check-in process was very convenient and it was the perfect overnight stay on our long road trip. The shower is a tall-person's dream and my 6'4 husband and I both really enjoyed it! The bedding was very comfortable as well and the coffee was delicious.

This property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely attentive. A bag of ice in the freezer and Starbucks coffee grounds was a nice touch. Bed was comfy. The back alley parking was extremely convenient.

Why they chose this property

The Tiny Modern Magnolia Retreat is centrally located in The Heart of Lubbock neighborhood. As it's minutes away from TTU, the majority of the houses in the area consist of renters and TTU students. It's one of the oldest and original neighborhoods to be established here in Lubbock. Needless to say, you'll find some properties that have been or are currently being updated/flipped which is exciting and neat to watch unfold. You're sure to appreciate our own recently remodeled space which was personally designed with your comfort in mind!

What makes this property unique

It’s an unbeatable, short 3-minute drive to the Texas Tech and Lubbock High, restaurants, boutiques & Lubbock nightlife. Plus, only a few minutes drive to UMC, the Depot District, downtown, & 13 minutes from the airport. Free street parking on premise directly in front of the main house. There's also a small parking area in the back next to the guest house which may be accessed through the back ally. Please note that the ally & parking area are dirt, not paved. When rain is present, it will be muddy. We do not generally recommend parking in the back, but please do whichever is most convenient for you.
