Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels in a pile in the main bathtub. No need to wash them, our cleaning team takes care of everything.
Bag all trash and take it to the complex dumpster. Please don't leave bags on the balcony or in the breezeway.
Close and lock the balcony door and all windows, and switch off the fans, TV, oven, stove, washer and dryer. There are no keys to return.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host is great! Communication was never a problem - always replied promptly. Very clean, close to Tech & Walmart, and you also get covered parking. This place is definitely 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lubbock. You won’t find a better place! Stop looking and book this place before someone else does You will be glad you did! I would book this place again and again. Highly recommend to families needing something close to Texas Tech.

This cute condo is in a great location. Everything is as pictured and in good condition. Just know that to get the bedrooms, you must walk up 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. Not a big deal for us, but elderly might take note. In the east bedroom, you can definitely hear road noise so maybe turn on a white noise app if that bothers you. I like having our car parked inside a gate so that was nice and secure. Felt very safe.
