Apartmani - modern vacation home in a perfect location
This elegant holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Valbandon district near the small town of Fažana. The small romantic place is ideal for a visit to the Brijuni Islands.
The house is modern and functional. It is on a shared, fenced property. The well-kept green garden and pool area are used by three other rental apartments in another house on the property. Sun loungers and seating are available. The proximity to numerous beautiful pebble beaches and the city of Pula are a particular advantage of the holiday home.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a spacious living-dining room with kitchen. A dishwasher, a stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment offer all the options for a relaxing holiday.
There is also a washing machine in the house.
Equipment such as a coffee machine, toaster and hairdryer are a matter of course. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house is fully air conditioned and has mosquito nets and blinds.
The holiday property has a west-facing terrace and a north-facing exclusive garden area that offers seating and lounging opportunities and also includes a grill.
There is a reserved parking space on the property.
Dogs are welcome in the house.
