Das Appartement besticht durch seine Lage!

Wir waren zu viert im August da.Im Prinzip ist es ein tolles Appartement was direkt am Meer liegt und einen Pool hat,der vom gesamten Gebäudekomplex mitbenutzt wird.Insgesamt muss ich sagen,dass die Inneneinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt.Der Preis ist für den Zeitraum und für die Lage OK.

Top Urlaub mit super Standort

Da wir schon mehrmals in dieser Anlage waren,sind wir immer wieder begeistert von der Urbanication. Super Lage direkt am Strand und die Anlage wird täglich gesäubert und gereinigt. Auch in der Umgebung findet man vom Bäcker zum Einkaufscenter alles.

Très bel appartement vue magnifique

Une vue sur la plage magnifique qui permet de profiter de l’emplacement.Un trois pièces bien agencé et disposant d’un très bon confort.

location parfaite. juste dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse alors que nous vivons dehors

Fantastic view, lovely flat, great location, non-existent Wifi

Stayed here for two glorious weeks. Flat is actually a lot prettier than the pictures suggest and the view is just breathtaking. Walking straight onto the beach from the garden was brilliant and the pool area was also lovely. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the Wifi. We were traveling with our two children and had promised them we would have access to Wifi (which we don't have at home). They were really excited about the prospect of two weeks with Wifi and indeed it was one of the few search filters I had applied so it was disappointing that we were unable to connect to it when there. In every other way this holiday was perfect. Denia is a lovely town and there were three big supermarkets within a ten minute walk. Hope to be back someday!
