Just what you were looking for, Tidewater is a first class resort, and yes we are on the beach not just a beach view! A 1st Floor Condo with wrap around balcony overlooking the 4000+ sq. ft. pool with Tiki Bar and Jacuzzi. This unit is on east end of condo so you can enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets! What a perfect location. All this without hearing any noise from the pool area because of the very well made insulated sliding glass doors. Think beautiful turquoise water with sand so white it almost looks like sparkling sugar.

We had an amazing stay. The views were great and the condo was clean and enough room for 9 of us staying. The elevators were awful but being on the 1st floor we only used it checking in and out with the carts. The host communicated with us all throughout the stay and was super helpful.

The condo was beautiful and the views were unbeatable. We had no issues at all during our stay with the rental itself. The pool at Tidewater was freezing and the pool bar wasn’t open during our stay, but it won’t stop us from saving this listing in the future.

We were pretty disappointed with this condo. The biggest problem was a strong sewer-like smell. We had to air the condo out almost every night. When the HVAC was running, it pulled the stink from behind the water heater in the utility closet through holes in the wall and around the moldy floor area and spread it through the condo. We have pictures of the area.This also doesn't seem to be a new problem. **Heather K.'s October 2024 review also mentions a sewer smell**, so apparently this issue has been around for a while.The condo also wasn't very clean. The couches were stained and dirty, and a cracked countertop by the sink allowed water and old food to get into the silverware drawer, which was gross.The kitchen was poorly stocked for a condo that sleeps 10. There were no baking pans, only one oven rack, and only small pots and frying pans. We had to go to Walmart and buy pans. There were only 7 drinking glasses and not enough silverware. We complained about the glasses and they brought us **one more glass**.The beds were firm and comfortable, and the balcony was nice with a good breeze. But overall, the smell, cleanliness, and lack of basic kitchen supplies made this a disappointing stay.

We are happy to report that our office delivered to you a full new set of pots and pans for your use after you brought this to our attention and offered to reimburse you for the cookie sheets that you bought on your own before alerting us to an issue. Unfortunately, the sewer smell is an ongoing resort issue which was thoroughly explained during your stay. This is why you can find reviews dating so far back, because it is an issue with the resort and we are unable to remedy this on our own. Lastly, luckily the owner had already ordered new living room furniture prior to your arrival, and we were able to have it delivered to the unit.

Three generations girls’ trip

Great place, great views, lots of stuff for the family to do!

This is an awesome property. We selected a busy weekend and had to deal with some longer than expected waits at the elevators. At the end of the day, we enjoyed days of relaxation at the beach, pool S, etc. We will be back!
