- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, extractor hood),
- a lounge area with sofas and a flat-screen TV,
- as well as a workspace perfectly suited for remote working thanks to the fiber optic connection.

Adjoining this is the spacious dining room, ideal for sharing good times around a large, inviting table.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
