The high quality furniture is designed for up to 5 people and a toddler. The large windows allow light-flooded and bright rooms. On the ground floor you will find the tastefully furnished living / dining room with seating area, woodburning stove TV and DVD player. The open, high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The entire first level is tiled and provided with underfloor heating. Washer and dryer are available in the housekeeping area. Upstairs are three bedrooms (2 x double bed and 1 x single bed with pull-out bed) and a first-class shower room with sauna. For the younger guests is a travel cot with mattress, a highchair, a wagon and toys available. On the large property are also a sandpit and a parking space ready.

The beachfront detached house "Löönboom" in Groß Schwansee is only 500 meters from the beach. 5 people + toddler can enjoy your holiday in a traffic-calmed location, surrounded by bike and hiking trails. For the "little ones" there are 2 playgrounds in the immediate vicinity.

Sehr schönes Objekt, zum Wohlfühlen, guter Ausstattung und mehr, gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung. Nicht einsehbarer Garten mit ornithologischen Kostbarkeiten (Bluthämpfling). Bequemer Weg zum Naturstrand. Leider mangelhafter Service bei An-und Abfahrt.
