Happy Trails 55+ Resort with 2 Bedrooms & Golf Cart

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in the heart of Happy Trails Resort, which is a premier gated 55+ community. The large resort offers a golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, clubs for every hobby and activity imaginable, 4 swimming pools, 7 spas, and so much more. All renters must be at least 40 years old to stay at this property and one of the renters must be over age 54.
In the home, there are 2 separate bedrooms with a queen size bed in both. There is one bathroom as well with a walk-in shower. Kitchen was newly remodeled to add a dishwasher and full size stove/oven. All the linens and towels are provided as well as all the kitchen essentials. You also have access to the golf cart located on the property during your stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Lisa’s rental in Happy Trails Resort! From the moment we arrived, we could tell the home was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring and enjoying everything the resort has to offer.One of our favorite features was having the golf cart available. It made getting around the neighborhood so much fun and was a wonderful way to experience the resort and all of its great amenities. The area was peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Lisa was a wonderful host, and everything was exactly as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway in Happy Trails Resort.
