This brand new build (2018), four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath single-family home is just two houses away from the bay and offers water views from nearly every room and panoramic views of the bay, beach, and city lights from the large roof deck. This house is all-new from top to bottom, with brand new luxury furnishings and designer decor. The home has the perfect combination of modern luxury amenities and calm, beachy feels. With over 1,000 sq. ft. of outdoor spaces, your family is sure to love indoor/outdoor living while enjoying watching the sailboats pass by.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is key here

Rent this for the location and rooftop patio, it’s what made it worth it to us. As far as the interior it could use some love but feedback on this was provided directly to Vacasa.

Great stay

Loved this place!! The rooftop deck was a perfect place to hangout. It’s also so close to not only the water but multiple great places to eat and hangout. The different levels provided enough separation and has more than enough space and bathrooms for bigger groups.

Mission get away

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple small things, but the communication was fantastic on addressing them. The location was fantastic as well as all the amenities that the house had to offer. Will definitely be planning another trip to the Mission Beach area and would hope that this house would be available for our next stay!

Great home for multi family trip

This home had it all. Great location and fully equipped with everything we needed. Enough bedrooms for my daughters and son in laws, grandkids and myself. Loved the balconies! Surprised by all the amenities not listed on the site.
