DIE LANDHAUSVILLA a multi-generational house with 480 square meters of living space and a large garden

THE LANDHAUSVILLA offers with its 480sqm a lot of space for you, your family and friends. A lot of light and a pleasant ambience awaits you in the whole house with the many windows and the breathtaking view of the Alps and the Zugspitze.
The house has three double bedrooms and two triple rooms, with an additional bed is still possible. The living room with a very large TV and a cozy fireplace will spoil you with a generous living space of about 40 square meters.
The dining room offers with its 35 square meters and large dining table space for at least 12 people and an extra table for the "little ones" to play, paint, etc. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and invites you to cook together. Dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer and coffee maker, kettle and toaster are of course.
Free Wi-Fi access is available. In addition, there is a very large and varied selection of reading books in our book galleries. Of course there are three bathrooms with shower / WC and a separate guest toilet.
Covered balconies, patios and verandas in all directions surround the LANDHAUSVILLA. The approximately 2000 square meters large fenced garden offers plenty of space with lawn to relax for you and let off steam for your children. In addition, there is a barbecue and mulled wine hut with brick barbecue on the property for our guests. Four direct reserved parking spaces belong to the holiday home.

Beyond expectations

This home has everything ! Sleeps so many people, 5 bathrooms ! Wonderful kitchen, huge dining room table, lovely large living room, gorgeous beautifully maintained huge garden and incredible view of the highest mountain in Germany. Our family takes a lot of family vacations, and this was by far our favorite spot. The house is beyond charming and so spacious, the lawn so great for kids play, wonderful covered picnic table, barbecuecan’t say enough about how picture perfect it all was. We’ll be back !

Exceeding expectations

This home was amazing and perfect for our family of 12 travelers. Communication with the host was always prompt and friendly. The home was clean and very well appointed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, glassware and anything you might need. The decor was lovely, the artwork stunning. The location was ideal. We could walk to the pedestrian zone and found everything we needed there. We highly recommend the Brau Stuberl, just a four minute walk away. The food was delicious! There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. Upon leaving, our son said it was magical! I agree and we highly recommend this property! Thank you Annelise for everything!

Outstanding house in Garmisch

Highly recommended! Booking and check in for the house was quick and easy. The manager was quick to respond to our questions. The owner lives next door and was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the house. It is incredibly spacious, plenty of room for our group of 8. Everything is clean and tidy. The beautifully landscaped garden is peaceful, in a quiet neighborhood, and has gorgeous views of the Alps in every direction. Manager graciously booked us at last moment when a reservation with another agency fell through. 4 showers, washer and dryer and Dishwasher. Great for our family group. I would recommend this house for any group up to 12.

Ads Overstate the Property

While the house was nice,it misrepresented the bathrooms. This was very important to us because we had 3 families in the house. In reality the house had 2 full baths , and an incomplete bath lacking a toilet (represented as a full bath) and a half bath that was so small, it was at best a water closet. There was no privacy that that toilet. We also found the living room area unsatisfactory because of a lack ofadequate lighting. We enjoyed Garmish andthe surrounding area, but found the house lacking as stated above.

Lieber Charles, zunächst einmal herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, unser Ferienhaus zu bewerten und das Haus schön fanden. Wir freuen uns über jedes Feedback - nur so erfahren wir, was unsere Gäste sich wünschen und können darauf reagieren. Zwei Badezimmer sind komplett mit Dusche/WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Ein seperates Gäste/WC befindet sich genau neben dem dritten Badezimmer und die Gäste fanden es immer sehr angenehm, dass eine Toilette separat ist. Trotzdem freuen wir uns, dass im Herbst noch ein viertes komplettes Badezimmer eingebaut wird so dass jeweils für maximal 3 Personen ein Badezimmer zur Verfügung steht. Die Beleuchtung wird selbstverständlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Ferienhauses von uns kritisch geprüft. Wonderful home to rent in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!!!

My husband and I rented Die Landhaus Villa for 7 guests for 2 weeks spanning the ages of 10-77 years old, and everything about this home was perfect for us! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 people (they are supposedly even adding an additional bathroom), and there is a lot of extra space for eating and relaxing. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The owners are upgrading the laundry machine and dryer, which was honestly our only small grumbling - lots of laundry with 7 people for 2 weeks! The house grounds are frankly amazing with a large grassy area for kids to play in out back, and beautiful views of the Wetterstein Mountains. It's a lovely place to watch the sunset over the mountains in the evenings. It's a quick and safe walk into town where there are many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks into the hills behind the home as well. The home owners and property manager were absolutely wonderful - friendly and helpful with whatever we needed! We highly recommend considering this home for your rental in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and we would definitely stay at this home again!

Lovely Stay in Garmisch

We had a lovely stay at The LANDHAUSVILLA, which as the name implies, is a classic German country house in the heart of old Garmisch. Anneliese was very communicative and check-in was a breeze. The house is very large. Bedrooms are lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and everything is clean. Garden is beautiful with views of the surrounding mountains. Location is very convenient for walking to restaurants, downtown and a lovely nearby park. A previous review mentioned the bathrooms. There's a full bath downstairs, a full bath upstairs, and then another two half baths upstairs -- one with a shower, and the other with a toilet and sink. This was just fine for us and might only be an issue for very large groups or for people who want a shiny new condo with an ensuite for every bedroom vs. a classic country home. For us, The LANDHAUSVILLA was the perfect home base for exploring Garmisch and the surrounding area. We took a tour on our first day with All Things Garmisch (we never do this) and highly recommend this company. For food, we recommend Da Enzo, an Italian restaurant right across the river, and Braustuberl, a traditional German pub with a nice beer garden. Both are less than five minutes walk. We hope to return to Garmisch and the LANDHAUSVILLA!

Geniale Villa und tolle Betreuung!

Die Villa ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir haben dort ein Familientreffen veranstaltet, alle waren begeistert. Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da. Absolut empfehlenswert. Frau Trechsler ist sehr sympathisch, aufmerksam, immer ansprechbar, kann jederzeit weiter helfen und hält jede Zusage und jeden Termin zuverlässig ein. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, jedoch viel luxuriöser.

Vom Anfang bis Ende Super

Die Landhausvilla entsprach voll und ganz dem Versprochenem. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Das Ambiente ist einfach fantastisch. Allres in einem Top Zustand...und die Grösse der Zimmer einfach gigantisch. Die Schlafräume und Badezimmer 1. Klasse. Küchenausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Es ist an Alles gedacht worden. Frau Treschler war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Rundum: wirklich empfehlenswert.

Spacious, comfortable home in great location for exploring Bavarian alps

Location was ideal within walking distance to restaurants and driving distance to many beautiful towns and hikes. Rooms are VERY spacious, beds are very comfortable and kitchen well stocked to prepare meals. Refrigerator is quite small for a house that sleeps 12. Outside garden was beautiful and views were amazing from every room. Better information on running the washer and dryer, grocery stores, and garbage/recycling would have been appreciated.

A Lovely Holiday Home for a Large Family

Our stay at Die Landhausvilla could not have been better. The house is large, gorgeous, well-equipped, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the old town pedestrian area of Garmisch. Annaliese is a gracious host who went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed. We were sorry to say good-bye at the end of our week, and hope to visit again someday. Overall this rental is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
