An excellent, communicative host. The property is well located. It is a very pleasant and safe feeling neighborhood even though it looked slightly sketchy initially. Once we explored for a few minutes we began to happily appreciate the area.

Lovely apartment with great air-conditioning - units in living room and all 3 bedrooms kept the apt very cool during the July heat wave. Shower was good and beds were comfy. The apt is fully stocked with dishes, glasses etc. The towels the host left were nice and big and the coffee beans, extra garbage bags, plenty of soap, were appreciated There is a big table and a nice sofa to sit on, lots of room for 3 adults. Check-in was easy we were met by Augustin who was very friendly and showed us around the apt and how things worked. The apt is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator, although you have to walk up about 10 stairs to access the elevator. Communication with the host was very good.
