The location of the house is perfect! Only dogs are allowed, no other pets!! cosy, comfortable apartment house "Tyrol". In the centre of Aschau, in a central, sunny position, 1 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with flowers, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz,Terrasse und gro§e Garten, Wlan,.... Sie liegt am Dorfsbrunnen, mit Pizzeria, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Metzger als Nachbarn, schöne Umgebung zum spazieren. Skibus fährt um die 20 Min, Bahnhof richtig in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist so gemütlich, freundlich, süss und gibt viele Tipps, liebt die Hunde. Wir haben Uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt, bis nächstes Jahr!

Zusätzliche Heizkostenabgabe, weil angeblich keine Heizperiode, obwohl alle anderen Häuser die Heizung an hatten kann nicht richtig sein. Nicht die mindeste Grundausstattung an Geschirr um einen Tisch decken zu können.Eine Kaffeemaschine die "leben" in sich hatte. Gardinen hängen auf Halbmast. Keine Quittung für die Kurtaxe. Handtücher, Decken die man nicht anfassen mag. Undsoweiter und soweiter

Weinig privacy

Het appartement ligt op een mooie plek, wel gedateerd. Servies en bestek is haast niet aanwezig. Weinig privacy aangezien de huiseigenaar door de tuin loopt en veelvuldig komt praten en ongevraagd bij je komt zitten op het terras. De omgeving is erg mooi en veel activiteiten.

Thanks for your feedback and please don't forget the owner, who lives on the first floor of the building, is always available to help provide any equipment you feel you may be missing. Nevertheless, the kitchen equipment has been checked and it has been confirmed that there is plenty available for 4-5 guests.

Zimowe szaleństwo na wiosnę

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, wszystko pod domem od piekarni do lekarza łącznie ze skibusami w dwóch kierunkach. Gospodyni bardzo przyjazna i życzliwa można się poczuć jak na wczasach u cioci :-)
