Here you will occupy part of a semi-detached house immersed in the greenery near Lignano Pineta, about 500 m from the sandy beach and 400 m from the center of the town of the same name. The accommodation has on the first floor a living room with single sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. At your disposal is also a private garden, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for relaxing. Air conditioning, safe and satellite TV are also available. The property is located about 500 meters from the long sandy beach (reachable on foot or by bike) that runs along the seaside resort to the mouth of the river Tagliamento. Within 200 meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other commercial activities. In addition, there are numerous bike paths, ideal for short or long excursions in the surrounding area. Lignano Sabbiadoro is a famous seaside resort in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, characterized by a lot of greenery and extensive pine forests such as the famous Hemingway Park. Here you can also expect many attractions for adults and children (Golf Club, Zoo Park and various water and theme parks). For art lovers, the charming city of Venice is 100 km away and the beautiful Trieste about 95 km. Worth visiting is also the city of Aquileia (50 km), a famous port of the Roman Empire with its interesting archaeological sites and its renowned National Archaeological Museum. Portogruaro, 30 km away, is rich in history, museums and monuments, as well as the town of Concordia with its ruins of the ancient Roman city. Also visit the town of Cividale del Friuli (70 km, UNESCO World Heritage Site), an ancient medieval village with the famous cathedral and buildings from the Longobard period. Also worth visiting is the town of San Daniele del Friuli (65 km), on the hills above the city of Udine, with its cathedral and the historic Guarneri Library with a collection of ancient texts.
