Breathtaking views of Lake Buchanan. Homes come equipped with everything needed for a carefree getaway. Easy access to the lake provides convenience for activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding and other water sports. This private property is an excellent home base for exploring all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With the abundance of recreation opportunities nearby, you will not run out of things to do. After exploring, grab a drink and relax on the gazebo, hot tub or on the beach while watching the sunset over the lake. It will be an unforgettable experience. There is an outdoor fireplace, a fire pit, picnic areas.

There are 4 separate houses on the property

#1 (Eagle's Nest) is one story and has a queen size bed, two twins (bunk bed) and a double sofa bed. Also has a mini kitchenette and full bath. Sleeps 6

#2 (Mallard) is two story. 1st floor has one bedroom with a full size bed and twin size bed (it's a bunk). It also has a twin size futon. Full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and full bath. 2nd story has a king size bed and a full bath and balcony. Sleeps 6

# 3 (Heron) is two story. 1st floor has one bedroom with queen size bed and twin size futon. Full bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen and living room. 2nd story has a bedroom with King size bed and balcony. A full bath, living area with couches and two bunk beds (one has 2 twins, the other has full size and twin). Sleeps 10

# 4 ( Perch) is two story. 1st floor has full size sofa bed and 2 twins (bunk bed). 2nd story has living room with full size sofa bed, full kitchen, full bath and bedroom with queen size bed. Sleeps 8
