Cannes, Grasse and Antibes as well as swimming on the beach can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house offers about 150m² of living space on an approx. 2,800m² plot of land with 15 old olive trees that cannot be seen. The driveway is comfortable and offers ample parking. Directly adjacent to the living / dining area and the kitchen, the large and lavishly furnished open terrace and the swimming pool (approx. 5 x 10m) extend to the south. The house has a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), three further smaller bedrooms with shower room, 1 guest toilet, 1 outdoor bathroom with toilet, 1 large living room with extra height and fireplace, outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen with sink - / washing machine etc., TV satellite reception (DE, FR), landline phone (the cell phone reception is good).
The 'Royal Mougins' golf club is in the immediate vicinity. There are more golf courses in St. Donat (there is also a large tennis facility), Cannes and Mougins (approx. 10 minutes away by car) as well as in Opio, Valbonne, Grasse, Cannes-Mandelieu, Riveria Golf Club and Grande Bastide (approx. 15 - 20 minutes away by car). Various shopping opportunities are about 2 km away in Val des Mougins and in Mouans-Sartoux.

The house is only rented to families whose children can swim as the swimming pool is not secured with a fence.
