The dreamlike view over the pool, the blue sea, the picturesque coastline, the small islands and the tranquillity are the first impressions of the Irida holiday home. On the western coast of Argolida, not far from the harbour town of Porto Cheli and the charming village of Kranidi, above Salanti Bay, lies the district of Aghios Ioannis. A handful of holiday homes are situated on a beautiful, quiet hillside between olive groves.

The comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday home Irida with pool is located in this idyllic Mediterranean setting. The comfortable property with large covered terraces is particularly suitable for families of friends who want to spend their holiday in a cultivated atmosphere, with the luxury of their own pool and close to the sea. The large, covered BBQ terrace is the perfect place for socialising and dining, celebrating parties, rounding off the day and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Two-storey holiday home, tastefully furnished. On the ground floor is the living room with dining table and adjoining kitchen area. Adjacent to this are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. From the living room and the two bedrooms there is direct access to the covered terrace facing the sea and the pool. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with direct access to a large terrace with magnificent sea views. The bedroom is adjoined by its own bathroom. The approx. 24 square metre freshwater pool (4 x 6 m, depth 0.80-1.80 m, not heated, in use all year round) promises wonderful, atmospheric moments and swimming fun for young and old.
Several small bays and the long Salanti beach are close to the holiday home.

2 parasol and 4 sunbeds are available for the guests and can be taken to the beach.

Beautiful, remote and quiet

This is a beautiful property that is clean and we'll equipped for a family stay. Both indoor and outdoors are great and the view of the sea and mountains is just fantastic. The hosts are lovely and helpful. We highly recommend for a relaxing vacation in the region.

Hosts were excellent, providing us with some essential supplies on arrival. The house was clean. Outside is lovely, with a good bbq spot with view, and with plenty of spots to sit in the sun or in the shade. Would recommend.

Μοναδική εμπειρία για ακόμη μια φορά! Πρόκειται για την τρίτη μας επίσκεψη στη βίλα και κάθε φορά μένουμε ενθουσιασμένοι. Ο χώρος είναι πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, ενώ η πισίνα είναι πραγματική απόλαυση, ιδανική για χαλάρωση όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Η τοποθεσία είναι υπέροχη, προσφέρει ηρεμία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όσα χρειάζεσαι. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι εξαιρετικοί, πάντα φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε. Αισθανόμαστε σαν το “δεύτερο σπίτι μας” και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά. Ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση και όμορφες αναμνήσεις! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir sind erfahrende "Griechlandreisende" (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und wohnten selten in einem so tollen Haus. Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich vom Hauseigentümer und seiner Familie empfangen. Es wurde sogar für unser erstes Abendessen und Frühstück gesorgt. Das war wirklich super! Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick war fantastisch. An der Küste gibt viele kleine wunderschöne Buchen. Wegen der Lage des Anwesens ist ein Auto z.B. zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen usw, erforderlich. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub und die super Betreuung!

Ein wundervolles Haus. Wir hatten entspannte Tage die dem wunderschönen Haus von Kostas und seiner Frau. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und hatten schon einen kompletten Einkauf für uns erledigt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind spektakulär. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt zu den nächsten Orten, zum Einkaufen fährt man etwa 20 Minuten, wir wussten das aber vorher, deswegen war es OK. Besonders hübsch fanden wir Kilada zum Essen gehen.

Der Ess- /Grillbereich ist geräumig und überdacht, so dass man sich vor der Sonne schützen kann. Die Servicequalität ist einwandfrei: sehr saubere Bettwäsche und Handtuch. Sehr reibungslose Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber, der immer sehr entgegenkommend war.

Irida Home ist eine Perle unter den Ferienhäusern. Nicht zuletzt wegen seiner sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Besitzer. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts, alles war tiptop sauber und wurde wöchentlich diskret aufgefrischt und wir wurden mit liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten bedacht. Und der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter und bedanken uns bei der Familie und Jassu Reisen für einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir haben zu Dritt wunderschöne Tage im Haus Irida genossen. Die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters Kostas ist einmalig. Wir fanden bei unserer Ankunft einen gefüllten Kühlschrank mit Lebensmitteln, Getränken, Obst und Gemüse vor. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt und die Reinigung zwischendurch hat uns gefreut. Als wir mit der vorhandenen Kaffeemaschine nicht zurecht kamen, wurde umgehend eine neue gebracht. Der ausladende Meeresblick ist ein Genuss und spektakulär. Der etwas holprige Anfahrtsweg ist schnell vergessen. Wir können das Haus und die Lage in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen.

Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα ήτανε εξαιρετική. Το κτίριο και ο περιβάλλων χώρος, ανταποκρίνονταν πλήρως στα προσδοκώμενα, θα έλεγα ότι τα ξεπερνούσαν κιόλας. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα, ο πλήρης εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς κατά την παραμονή του εκει. Φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες και αψογη καθαριότητα. Ιδανικό μέρος για όποιον αναζητά κυρίως τη χαλάρωση, σε αυτούς το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wat een fantastisch en perfect onderhouden huis, alles was aanwezig. Het zicht is geweldig en de omgeving is zeer rustig. Vanuit het ruime zwembad zie je de zee. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en werden aangenaam verrast met fruit, wijn, brood en beleg voor het ontbijt. We hebben enorm genoten. Een aanrader, we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, très propre et très bien équipée, située dans un endroit calme et tranquille, très bon accueil par l’hôte, nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver les courses faites à notre arrivée, le ménage est fait en cours de séjour ce qui est très appréciable, très belle chambre enfant avec en prime quelques jouets, l’extérieur est très beau, piscine avec transats, terrasse avec barbecue, bref cet endroit est un vrai petit paradis sur terre, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au top ! Merci beaucoup Kostas ainsi qu’a son épouse pour ce magnifique séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir un jour dans ce petit havre de paix.
