Approximately 350 sqm constructed area on 2 floors, including terrace of 150sqm, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 en suite, one downstairs), spacious living and dining area with stunning views of the harbor and the sea, open kitchen with cooking island (SMEG, gas), BOSCH fridge/freezer and dishwasher, SMEG toaster and kettle, MIELE washing mashine and dryer, separate storage room, Central heating. All rooms have separate air conditioners. Harman Kardon Bluetooth Speaker in the living room, High quality, individual equipment with loving details.
Outdoor area with terrace and lounge, large dining table for 6 people and pool on the living area with outdoor kitchen, barbecue. Two shady dining areas on the large terrace and the pool with 4 or 6 places. From the terrace and upstairs unsurpassed panoramic views over the harbor and the sea and direct views of the sunset on the west coast.
The house is located on a hill in a quiet residential area/dead end about 400 m to the beach promenade. Relaxed parking situation in front of the house. Car recomended. Excellent restaurants within walking distance (6 minutes).
We can provide yoga mats and baby cots on request. Please note this on the enrolment form which you will receive after booking.
The property borders directly behind a large undeveloped nature reserve with pine forests and olive groves.
The house was just prepared for the rental and rebuilt generously and high quality.
The final cleaning is mandatory. We are happy to arrange a cleaning company for this.
Please note that in the high season (from April to October) Saturday is the day of arrival and Checkin. Bookings are only accepted on a weekly basis. Exceptions, although very rare, are sometimes possible on request. In the low season (November to March) the minimum booking is only 5 days, arrivals and departures are possible at any time.

The house has no lift and is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the exterior and interior stairs. We recommend suitcases that are not too big and heavy. The house has a free-access unheated swimming pool and an interior staircase without handrail, see photos. Children from 7 years on welcome, at own risk. For exceptions please consult us.
We recommend hiring a hire car, especially for families with children and older guests.

Why they chose this property
CASA DEL PUERTO is situated in the harbour of Port de Sóller with its historical old town and fishing port. The gorgeously romantic ambience of Port Sóller’s promenade and beach is a mere 6 minutes walk away. Surrounded by an impressive mountain landscape, the area harbours many shops, excellent restaurants and street cafés as well as the nostalgic tramway to Sóller. Only 30 km north of Palma, the unique natural bay lies in the Tramuntana mountains, just 3 km from Sóller in a charming little town which, with its very authentic flair, stunning architecture and cozy plaza, is one of the island’s most beautiful places. Apart from Sóller, Fornalutx and the little village of Biniaraix are situated in the valley which is famous for its orange groves and terracing fields with ancient olive trees. A few kilometres down the coast is the village of Deià. You can reach Port de Sóller in a 30 minutes’ drive from Palma’s airport.

Port de Sóller is located on the west coast of Mallorca, at the the Tramuntana Mountains. From here you can make wonderful excursions to the "most beautiful villages of Mallorca" Biniaraix and Fornalutx, as well as by boat along the coasts, use the historic tram to go to the originally preserved centre of Sóller, situated in the legendary Valley of Oranges. On Saturdays there is a colourful weekly market with a wide range of offers. After a 20-minute drive along the winding coastal road, you will reach the world-famous artists' village of Deia with its spectacular vantage points.
