4. There's one camera in the front of the house pointing to the front yard, which only records when there's activity and no audio. There's one camera in the back of the house pointing to the back yard which only records when there's activity and no audio. No noise decibel monitor
5. We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals in accordance with the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
6. Pinetop-Lakeside is currently under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions. No fires are permitted on any public or private property within the Town limits of Pinetop-Lakeside. Stove fires that include propane devices that can be turned off by a switch are permitted. Smoking is prohibited outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed.
