Why they chose this property

This Property is perfect for the person who wants to get away from the noise and riff raff. It is literally perfect for exploring Naples and the surrounding cities. You will be located les than 7 minutes from FL Interstate 75, around 8 Minutes to barefoot beach preserve, and 10 minutes to fifth ave and all the downtown shops and restaurants. There's also an awesome pool and public golf course right at your fingertips. The master bedroom has an amazing balcony that overlooks the 16th and 17th hole of the quail run golf course and is so so peaceful, especially at sunrise. there are a ton of modern amenities in the unit like two 70inch televisions with hulu,netflix, and amazon prime logged into, as well as an Xbox 1 for the kids.
