Step back in time in our quaint cottage right on beautiful Lake Hamilton. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and wildlife watching right off our deck. We have two kayaks available for guests to use. Lounge on the large deck right on the water. Perfect for individual or family. Space for parking a boat under dock or on parking lot. Centrally located 15 minutes from Oaklawn and historic downtown Hot Springs. Wi-Fi. Equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5.

Great for watching ducks, geese, other wildlife and walking/hiking. Get a restful night's sleep or venture out to Hot Springs nearby activities - theme park, museums, restaurants, horse racing/gambling, Bath House Row, shopping, beautiful views from mountain tops.

We do not allow smoking, pets, or parties.

Please note: Lake Hamilton and other area lakes managed by Entergy have a yearly water let down beginning in November and until March. During that time, boating and fishing from the cottage are not possible.

Great place to relax

Really wonderful place for a relaxing couple days or some time on the lake. Kitchen has everything you could imagine for cooking. Bed was extremely comfortable and water pressure was great. We loved our stay here.

Great cabin

Big Dock Cabin Review

Our stay in Arkansas was fun. The cabin was a little older and smaller than expected and the photos on the website were a little out dated but overall it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The driveway into the cabin was very steep and could use repairs. The dock was huge and perfect for fishing and relaxing. There were 2 kayaks available for us to use which was fun for the time spent at the cabin. There were no issues that needed the owners attention but she did leave her contact information just in case.

Quiet spring break

We loved our stay! The house had everything we could have ever needed, was very clean and prettier than pictures would allow. We will for sure be looking to stay here again!

Winter vacation

The property is so charming and homie. The kitchen big, has spices, coffee machine, filters, full size fridge. The dinner area is so pretty with a full size oval table and 4 chairs. The living room is so cute and cozy plenty of throws, movies and games to choose from! The rooms are peaceful and comfortable. The porch is huge! It has a patio table and hammock hook up. The bathroom is super adorable with great hot water pressure. The neighbors are very nice. The owner is very responsive and respectful ensuring a wonderful stay. There’s a welcome book with panflits of things to do in the area. Must go to central avenue and try the bathhouses!

Large Dock attached to house providing fishing directly off the dock, storage area for boats under the deck and additional dock for larger boats. House is located on a quiet cove and plenty of opportunities to watch wildlife (ducks, geese, turtles, birds, squirrels, deer, etc.). Quiet neighborhood opportunity for hiking, biking, or leisure strolls.
Lakefront allows for swimming, kayaking, and tubing.
