Beautiful oceanfront 3BR condo is your home at the beach!

"Joanzin' for the Beach" is a beautifully designed (complete remodel in 2022) family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo where the beach and ocean are in your backyard and the views and sounds of the ocean are always there!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you wish. Well designed interior rooms provide maximum comfort and "homeyness!" and Smart TVs allow for browsing provided local TV or accessing your own apps! High speed Wi-Fi 6 internet allows streaming as well as working, and the outdoor storage has beach sand chairs and beach umbrellas along with some other beach items. Charcoal grills are on property for guest use

Located in the very desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach while still being a short drive from amazing restaurants, shops, and experiences both on- and off-island. Kid friendly, with games to play, beach toys, kid's beach chairs, and a crib and high-chair included in the property. Sorry, no pets.

Linens (sheets and towels) are not included, but there are services on the island that can provide linens for you and have it dropped off! Let us know if you need recommendations. The property does not allow golf carts.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect Place for Quiet Vacation

We were trying to find a place that would be similar to the Ocean Isle Winds Resort that in now private. This was perfect and very quiet. Nice accommodations and great having condiments to avoid buying them. Very kid friendly and nice to have a crib and high chair.

Spring break stay on Ocean Isle

Our family which included parents, adult children, and young kids—had an enjoyable stay in the condo. It was well cared for and comfortable. There was enough space for all of us to relax and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made meal prep super easy, and we loved how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away. One of the best perks was not having to lug beach gear; the owners provided multiple chairs and other essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the cute cozy bunkbed room.The owners themselves were wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend! Good experience!

It has everything you need and more!

This was our second consecutive summer staying at this condo and we did that because this place truly has it all. It’s clean, updated, and has all the accommodations that anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The owner is outstanding to work with and we would definitely highly recommend this property.

Beachfront beauty

The condo was beautifully finished and had a great beach vibe. It was very clean and well-maintained. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, from kitchen items to beach items for all ages. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean with our morning coffee. The owners were great and promptly answered any questions we had throughout our booking. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful week at this condo in OIB. The unit is clean and tidy, and if you're into design aesthetic, you'll be very happy! Serene blue and green colors, clean and new tile and paint, dishes, etc. It feels like the owners have invited you to stay in their upscale home and not a rental.

This condo has everything you need - super comfy bedding, oceanfront view, short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, tons beach gear in the storage closet, up to date technology. Our family of 4 had such a lovely time last year that we came back for our 2023 trip!

Outstanding Property

This property is truly outstanding and has everything you need for your trip to Ocean Isle Beach. The entire condo feels newly renovated and the fully equipped kitchen and beach storage closet were bonuses that made our week so much better. Beautiful beachfront property!

This was our second time staying at this lovely condo! We took my 80 yr old parents for a nice relaxing week to sit on the beach and enjoy! Very easy access and short walk right to the beach. We sat on the deck in the morning sipping our coffee and watching the ocean waves roll in. We are very happy with the location and amenities. This property is well kept, clean with quality touches…from the patio chairs and tables to the kitchen supplies, to the bedding/ comfortable mattresses and beach chairs and umbrellas. It is obvious the owners like quality and comfort.

Perfect beach front getaway with kids!

My favorite rental we’ve stayed at- this condo was so beautiful, clean, and had high chair crib and toys for the kids! The view of the beach is wonderful and you can listen to the waves all day. The beach access board walk has a perfect viewing bench for the sunrise. The check in and keypad entry was so seamless. The storage closet packed full of every umbrella , chair, kids chair, kite, toy you could need! The pool is great for kids and we had all to ourselves. The hosts were amazing and so easy to deal with. The decor is simply beautiful inside and the deck has wonderful furniture for covered outside meals! Will definitely be back!!

Selected this property over others because our granddaughter saw a photo of the bunk beds and we are glad we followed her suggestion as it is a clean, comfortable, wonderful place to stay. Beds are comfortable and the pillow selection is sure to satisfy all preferences. We definitely hope to come back. The location on the beach is less crowded than other areas and it is still convenient to stores, etc. Rick is attentive and responds to any questions. As Moly said, a 10 out of 10! Jane and family

We’re already booked for next year

Our first family vacation in Ocean Isle Beach was made even better thanks to Rick and Stephani's incredibly hospitable condo. Cleanliness is crucial for us (due to some bad past experiences), and the immediate impression was "wow!" You can tell they consider this place home because it feels that way as soon as you step in. The condo is well-stocked with all the kitchen necessities: clean pots and pans, plates and utensils, as well as kids' cups and plates. The coffee bar is also well-stocked with mugs, coffee, and pods. Speaking of kids, they have a wide selection of board games and toys for all ages, along with various streaming TV options. The storage unit contains umbrellas (fairly new, as we accidentally broke two—sorry about that), beach chairs, beach toys, and a grill. The owners were highly responsive every time we needed to communicate with them. We couldn't have asked for a more prompt and courteous host. And, of course, the location! We absolutely loved being on the quieter west side of the island. While you may be a bit farther from shops and restaurants, it's worth it for the extra beach space. We LOVED walking to the west end of the island during low tide to stroll along the sandbars. It felt like we were walking out into the ocean, and we discovered all kinds of marine life out there. This was definitely a highlight of our trip, and the location of the condo made it possible. The title says it all—we rebooked for 2024 while driving home :-)

We love the beach, the ocean, fishing, cooking, enjoying all things local - restaurants, breweries, shops. We love hosting because we can share a little bit of this paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

The west end of Ocean Isle Beach is the best neighborhood on the best southeastern North Carolina beach. It's quiet, sparsely populated even in the highest peak of summer, and most properties are well maintained. The island itself is family friendly, and caters to everyone not just summer partiers.

What makes this property unique

Instead of being a rental-first property, this is our second home. As such, it's designed and decorated to be a comfortable, relaxing second home, with top quality kitchenware, furniture, and amenities that we love when we're there. You won't have inexpensive items, mis-matched "extra" furniture, or low cost flooring.
