About this property

"Joanzin' for the Beach" is a beautifully designed (complete remodel in 2022) family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo where the beach and ocean are in your backyard and the views and sounds of the ocean are always there!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you wish. Well designed interior rooms provide maximum comfort and "homeyness!" and Smart TVs allow for browsing provided local TV or accessing your own apps! High speed Wi-Fi 6 internet allows streaming as well as working, and the outdoor storage has beach sand chairs and beach umbrellas along with some other beach items and a gas grill.

Located in the very desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach while still being a short drive from amazing restaurants, shops, and experiences both on- and off-island. Kid friendly, with games to play, beach toys, kid's beach chairs, and a crib and high-chair included in the property. Sorry, no pets.

Linens (sheets and towels) are not included, but there are services on the island that can provide linens for you and have it dropped off! Let us know if you need recommendations. The property does not allow golf carts.

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at this ocean front condo. Very nice, comfortable and great view. Rick was very attentive and responsive to any needs or questions. We would definitely recommend spending your vacation at this beautiful location.

Spring break Easter

Birthday Celebration Trip

The property was just perfect for our birthday celebration with my mother. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The sunset was amazing. The property was very nicely decorated and clean. We just loved the coffee bar every morning. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you for sharing such an amazing place with us.

We love the beach, the ocean, fishing, cooking, enjoying all things local - restaurants, breweries, shops. We love hosting because we can share a little bit of this paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

The west end of Ocean Isle Beach is the best neighborhood on the best southeastern North Carolina beach. It's quiet, sparsely populated even in the highest peak of summer, and most properties are well maintained. The island itself is family friendly, and caters to everyone not just summer partiers.

What makes this property unique

Instead of being a rental-first property, this is our second home. As such, it's designed and decorated to be a comfortable, relaxing second home, with top quality kitchenware, furniture, and amenities that we love when we're there. You won't have inexpensive items, mis-matched "extra" furniture, or low cost flooring.
