Mimouche's Apartment Near the Lake
Residence located in the heart of the village of St Jorioz. You will find 200m, bookshop, food, florist, bar/restaurant. Less than 5 minutes away, rest at the municipal beach of St Jorioz, one of the prettiest sandy and grass beaches of Lake Annecy.
🏠This pretty apartment of 38m2, decorated with care, consists of an entrance with bathroom and separate toilet, a small fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker...).
🛋️A lounge area with TV, sofa bed (extra bed with a fairly thin mattress) and dining area, with a table for 4 people.
🛏️A bedroom with a bed for 2 people in 140 completes this accommodation. Separated by a sliding door and equipped with mobile air conditioning.
Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the rental price. It is possible to rent them on request (30 E per double bed)
🚘A private parking lot with barrier for 1 car space is located in front of the residence. You can also find them free of charge at the entrance of the residence.
🚲A secure bicycle room is also available in the building.
🚗A private parking lot is located just in front of the residence.
The Super U of St Jorioz is 200 m away.
