A beautiful upstairs apartment in the heart of central Austin. This location is very walkable and an easy drive to many cool spots, located just 1 block from Loop 1. There is easy parking behind the house as well as on the street. The house and deck are oak tree shaded and the house is full of windows. There is a modern kitchen, updated bathroom and original hardwood floors throughout, laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room, breakfast area and an office nook with a desk.

Perfection does exist

This was my second time staying at this property. It was every bit as charming as I remembered! Brad is a very thoughtful and responsive host. I can’t wait to come back.

Charming, Comfortable, Great Location

What a treat to stay in this super comfortable, upgraded apartment. It has everything you need plus a pleasant patio with a view. We enjoyed the special touches the host provided and the owner made us feel right at home. When coming back to Austin I will stay again it was a A+

In the middle of everything

This property was the perfect place to stay for a wedding weekend. We were 5 minutes away from everything. Not only is the location perfect, the property is too. Very spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Marking this place as a favorite for all future Austin visits.

Wonderful Property!! Will return!!

From the very start the property manager, Brad, was very helpful and informative! We were coming to town for a sporting event and asked him a couple of weeks prior to, on the best places to go eat, get drinks, live music, etc and he was very accommodating! The property was VERY clean, and the beds VERY comfortable! The rental sets atop a salon, so no loud neighbors next door/above or nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful and convenient Austin location

Great place to stay in a great city. Completely met our needs. We were in town for UT Austin graduation of our oldest son. Very comfortable accommodations, entirely on 2nd floor above a beauty salon. Beautifully decorated with hardwood floors. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom that accessed the main area as well, and our younger 18-year-old son stayed in the other bedroom. Nice, comfortable kitchen with island counter/sink and dining areas with adjoining living room. We were able to spread out and relax, and get to everywhere we needed to be easily throughout the weekend. Highly recommend.

Great hidden gem!

Brad's upstairs 2 BR unit was an awesome find for our short business trip. The unit has been well updated and maintained, and had more room than we were expecting. It was a nice, comfortable place for us to do some work and also just hang out after we were done for the day. Plus, Brad was a great host and available to help with anything we needed.
