Welcome to Sea Spray Condo, a comfortable and family-friendly first-floor corner unit located in the oceanfront Sea Spray Condominiums along North Carolina’s Crystal Coast. With easy access to the parking lot, no stairs to climb, and a short walk to the private beach walkover, this condo is ideal for guests looking for convenience and a relaxed coastal stay.
While the condo does not offer a direct ocean view, the beach is just steps away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, spend the day on the sand or by the community pool, and return to a quiet, well-maintained space at the end of the day.
Inside, the condo features a primary bedroom with a king bed, updated bathrooms, remodeled closets, and Smart TVs in every room. The fully stocked kitchen makes meals easy, and fresh linens and beach gear are provided to help you settle in comfortably.

Enjoyed the condo. Decoration is very nice and beaches. Children enjoyed the pool. We did not have a view of ocean as advertised but it was ok. We did walk down to beach and enjoy a long walk.

I live in WNC now, but traveled home to visit my adult children for the weekend. I know the area and the properties well, and this property really knocked it out of the park! Clean and Cozy!

I can't say enough about this cute little condo. It was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The owner was extremely nice and cared very much about us having a good stay. It is on the bottom floor and is the closest to the parking lot and pool. There is security here, so we felt very safe at all times. Also, the whole property was quiet so there were never any disturbances.

We’ve been visiting Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle for over 20 years and love the relaxed pace, family-friendly atmosphere, and natural beauty of the area. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable space and want our guests to feel at home during their stay.

We chose Atlantic Beach because it offers a quieter, more laid-back coastal experience while still being close to great restaurants, parks, and attractions. The Sea Spray community is well maintained, peaceful, and walkable, with private boardwalk access to the beach, a pool, and easy access to Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort.
