Was clean and well stocked. Loved the screened in porch. Quiet area. We were able to watch SDC fireworks every night. Nice that we didn't have to carry suitcases, etc up or down stairs. Only down side was hearing kids running around in condo above us.

Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids between 6 months and 8 years old had a great time here. Plenty of space even for our big group. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking several meals. Chad was very responsive and kind. We also liked the proximity to the pool, swam there every day and got our exercise walking back up the hill :) Highly recommend Billy Gail’s and Ozark Mountain Pizza nearby.

Nice condo with plenty of room to accommodate our family. We brought our adult children and grandchildren (8 adults and 4 children under 4) for a few days. Plenty of room. Beware of the downstairs neighbor if you have little ones. He knocked and complained the grandkids were interrupting his movie (being too loud with their footsteps back and forth.) We did our best, but feel that we were just living our lives not trying to be loud. Would like to thank the exceptional host who was very responsive to any questions! Nice location and nice pools.

The property was exactly as the advertisement. I loved having no stairs, up or down. I loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Plenty of space, it was peaceful and not too far from every place that we wanted to take our great grandson. Thank you, Chad.

Just perfect! Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to all that we wanted to do. The host communicated well and answered every question in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was super dirty. Stuff all over the walls, dirty pillows, rugs and furniture looked filthy. Chad the host offered to have someone come deep clean it but having someone in your space or messing with your stuff while gone wasn't appealing so we cleaned the best we could and just dealt with the rest. The ice maker didn't work and one of the remotes was missing. The gated village was much bigger than expected. The three pools seemed smaller than anticipated but it was nice having choices and a hotel sized fitness room. There are not extra towels for the pool so you either have to buy extras or wash constantly.

Im so sorry the condo wasnt as clean as it shouldve been. Like you mentioned, i offered to have the housekeeper come back for a deep clean and you said it was ok and not needed. I also offered to have her find or bring another remote and you said it was no big deal. Im sorry your stay wasnt as great as most and i try to do everything possible to make sure guests have a great stay.
