The house was exactly as listed and was in great proximity to everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive to any questions even during the busy spring break time! Kids loved the backyard.
Centrally located to all of Tampa. The house had great amenities and the host was super accommodating. We stayed with 2 couples and our 2 year olds and the host even made sure there were some toys there waiting for us. The putting green was a fun addition I’d never seen at a house before and the hot tub was clean and great for relaxing after the kids went to sleep. Would definitely stay again.
We had just spent a week on the beaches and this was the wrap up to our family vacay. Close to Zoo Tampa and Busch Gardens. Truly a place to unwind and relax! Beautiful home that is definitely as advertised if not more! Woudefinitrecommend!
Came to Tampa for a work event with industry friends. The house was well maintained and gave us a great place to unwind during downtime. One of the rooms had a folding chair that doubles as a cot and wasn’t quite the twin bed we expected but the host quickly came by and set up an air mattress for our stay.
This place was very clean and accommodating!! A lot of things to keep the kids busy and plenty of room for you to just hang out at the house. The neighborhood was in the old Tampa FL but it was nice and we had no problems!
Family getaway for a national soccer tournament. The house was well-maintained and the owner was extremely responsive. The pictures accurately represented the house, providing a true reflection of what was expected.
The photos really do not do the home justice. From the start ample parking for 4-5 vehicle’s depending on the size. Very nice 4/2 w/a resort style backyard. Complete with the 4 person Jacuzzi tub under canopy a little, putting green with multiple golf balls and clubs to accommodate a small group a fountain in the corner of the property. There was a nice barbecue gas grill and ample patio furniture to accommodate guests and our family for a gathering. It truly would be an ideal location For 3 to 4 business associates while working in the Tampa area. The host Nico, would respond within five minutes of being notified not that I needed anything while we were staying there, but the initial process of trying to get my reserved desired dates were a bit of a problem through the website of what she was quite instrumental in helping me out getting it right. The home has a wide selection of board games for those rare rainy days at the Tampa air can give you a lot of good reading material as well. My family and friends that came by to see us while we were there prior to the wedding could not believe believe how beautiful and the amount of amenities that we had for what we paid compared to the locations that they were staying at either in hotels or other homes in the area. We would definitely stay at this home again.
This cute bungalow was perfect for our stay with 4 adults. The en-suite in the master and the main bath provided privacy for both couples. Plenty of towels for the weekend and they included beach towels for the hot tub. The home had nice touches including lots of games and cards, a few snacks and water, and coffee pods with half and half and sugar. Starbucks was an easy walk. The location was good, but not a lot nearby to walk to in the neighborhood. The private back yard was very nice. A comfortable conversation area and a large outdoor dining area. The hot tub was clean and easy to use, the outdoor lighting made the backyard easy to enjoy the patio in the evening, the back porch was great for coffee in the morning with a glider rocket and a small cafe table. The living room furniture was very comfortable and provided ample seating for the four of us. We played games on the coffee table and there were two cute “pods” you could use to sit on so you weren’t sitting on the floor. The kitchen was well stocked, and while we didn’t need to cook we noted it was well supplied. We appreciated that the home had dish soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap for our use as well as paper towel. The beds were comfortable. There was a charging station on one side of the bed in the mater bedroom which was nice for multiple cords. The home was well lit on the outside and felt safe when we’d come and go. Overall a great spot to stay for a long weekend.

Why they chose this property
Tampa is an amazing and thriving city, with a lot to offer its visitors. We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to every thing to do and see. Within just a few miles in any direction guests will find a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and entertainment. The Bucs, Lightning, USF Bulls, concerts, the Florida Aquarium, museums and theaters are literally 5 to 15 minutes away by car. Foodies will love the endless variety of cuisines to experience within walking distance of our home. Authentic Cuban, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Italian, Spanish restaurants are ready to serve guests every day, and several food trucks can be found parked at the breweries in the area catch the attention with the aroma of their specialties.
What makes this property unique
This home has been completely gutted and designed to what it is today. Warm, welcoming and comfortable. The outdoors is resort-like with plenty of a very nice clean space including artificial turf, lush landscaping and fun activities. The interior is very clean, roomy and open.
