On the ground floor, you will find a master suite with a walk-in dressing room and private bathroom. It features a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and direct access to the garden through a large sliding glass door.

On the first floor, the sleeping area is arranged around a study and reading corner.

It consists of three bedrooms. You will find a second master bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), storage closets, and a private shower room.

The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a baby cot, and a changing table.

The fourth bedroom features a cabin-style bed for a young child and a single bed (80 x 200 cm).

These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and a double vanity unit. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The villa is located within a secure property consisting of two houses. The second house has a right of way and access via the driveway leading to the parking area. The villa remains completely independent and secure.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests may use the terrace for this purpose.

The house may not be rented for parties or events. It is exclusively intended for guests seeking peace and relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet, and noisy behavior is not tolerated.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in hours: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Check-out hours: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

During the summer season, the agency will determine the exact check-in and check-out times within these time slots according to the schedules of the cleaning and reception teams.

The swimming pool is secured by a motorized rigid safety cover compliant with NF standards.

An inventory and condition report will be signed upon arrival and departure. Guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in.
