Take in the mountains from the raised deck or the cleared trail going up the mountain behind the house. It's only a short drive to the charming villages of Margaretville and Phoenicia, and close to restaurants and attractions of hiking, swimming, golfing, fishing, and of course skiing at Belleayre just minutes away!

Beautiful Clean home and property

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is decorated nicely it was clean and comfortable. The kids really loved the hot tub the creek and the game room in the basement.

Property was good, but one of the rooms had a wierd fish like smell which was annoying. Other than that it is a really good and clean property.

Spacious house. Has Growing Pains as new VRBO

The location is great considering it is 3 minutes away from Belleayre. The 5 bedrooms is killer for large groups, and the hot tub was very nice. The place is definitely new. The sliding glass door broke, and was stuck open in the cold weather. The knobs in the master shower aren't tightened, and fell off, etc. Minor paper cuts indicative of a new VRBO. Yet, the property manager was exceptional. Any time we had an issue, she answered our call. With the help of the property manager, we had an incredible stay. If anything happened, she was there to address our concern. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back.
