Newly renovated, luxury home, perfect for big groups as the home sleeps 8 people and great during the day for entertaining.

The home hosts beautiful views with 2 decks & 1 patio in master bedroom, and plenty of amenities: pool, hot tub, fireplace, 2 stove grill, outdoor dining area, and outdoor lounge chairs. Peaceful for the mornings and private for the evenings.

There is a full kitchen with 8 piece gas stovetop. Bay window seating in the kitchen area, and a more formal dining room for 8 people at the front of the house.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed, rainfall shower, jacuzzi tub and private balcony that looks to views of Lassen National Park & mountain range.

The Den located on the lower ground of the property, can be used for all forms of entertainment. It has 3 futons/sleeper sofas. 86” TV with surround sound & full DJ mixing hook ups with speakers. Door with access to backyard.

This home is perfect for entertaining and family meals.Spacious kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, and patio overlooking the pool. The home is well stocked with towels, extra bedding, and soaps. The primary bedroom bathroom / shower is one of the best features.We only used the hot tub, here in December, it was clean and well heated. Although this home offers a lot of space, the furniture & beds were not that comfortable. I think each room needs a mattress update. I would recommend this location for a summer stay and plenty of room for kids. We enjoyed the Redding area.

Great location for family reunion

Overall, we had an outstanding experience. The house was perfect for a large family reunion of all ages. There were only minor issues that we were able to resolve like no additional toilet paper supplied, BBQ grill had been used and not cleaned (used charcoal not removed), hot tub controls were not completely functional. It appears that the previous guests left so much trash that trash collectors didn't take it. But we had a great time and would come back again!
