Outside, you will enjoy two large terraces, a pergola, a private 12m x 6m swimming pool (1.40m to 1.80m deep with a perimeter fence, protected by an alarm) open from June 15th to September 15th (not suitable for children who cannot swim), as well as a 3000m² enclosed garden and a pétanque court. Private parking on site, barbecue, garden furniture, and outdoor and board games.
Non-smoking cottage. The owners' pets live on the other side of the property (1 dog and 2 cats). It offers a peaceful, green setting with views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for exploring the region. Its large private swimming pool provides opportunities for relaxation with family or friends.
