About this property

MIRAL - Charmante maison au bord de l'Eure

## Space

In the heart of Criquebeuf-sur-Seine, a charming village nestled between the meandering banks of the Seine and the lush green landscapes of Normandy, this remarkable townhouse dating from 1750 welcomes you into a world where time seems to slow down. Situated just a stone’s throw from the peaceful banks of the Eure, it invites you to contemplate, find serenity and enjoy the simple pleasure of an exceptional setting.

From the very first moment, its charm takes hold. The exposed stonework, the white-washed beams and the carefully selected materials tell the story of an authentic home, enhanced by an elegant renovation and high-end contemporary features. Here, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to preserve the soul of the place whilst offering the comfort expected of exceptional accommodation.

Light plays a special role here. Throughout the day, it dances across the stone walls and accompanies the shifting reflections on the water, evoking the poetic landscapes immortalised by the painter J.M.W. Turner. The hues of the sky, the interplay of light and shadow, and the proximity of the river create a unique atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and escape.

On the ground floor, the house reveals a pleasant living space where conviviality and elegance come together. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing delicious meals, a comfortable lounge perfect for unwinding, and a cosy dining room. A separate toilet completes this level.

The house then extends over several floors, offering everyone their own space and privacy. On the first floor, the first bedroom comfortably accommodates two people in a gentle, restful atmosphere. On the second floor, two further bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, are flanked by a bathroom and a separate toilet. Finally, the third and top floor houses two more bedrooms, each with its own unique atmosphere, as well as a second bathroom and a separate toilet.

Each bedroom has been designed as a world in its own right, with its own personality, colours, materials and atmosphere. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or on business, everyone will find their own haven and a space of tranquillity here.

At the end of the lane, you can park your car for free. The parking space isn’t private, but there’s often space available! More than just a place to stay, this house is an invitation to enjoy an authentic experience, where the charm of ancient stone, the gentle Normandy countryside and contemporary comfort come together to create unforgettable memories.

Bed linen and household linen are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. A private parking space is available with the accommodation. However, you may park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the property in accordance with the village’s current parking charges. The property is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be contacted 7 days a week from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 21.00. We would be grateful if you could take care of the property and respect both the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a credit card authorisation via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and receive the access codes for the property.

Book now and treat yourself to a unique experience at Le Miral!
