Modern holiday home with a beautiful view of Wolfsburg

We offer you a holiday home with 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

The holiday home renovated in 2017 has 3 living levels and covers 100 sqm. On the ground floor there is the hall, a bedroom, the living room and the kitchen as well as the bathroom / toilet. The two bedrooms and a toilet are on the upper floor. 1 bedroom in the basement. Up to 6 people can sleep here.

Our offer includes:
a closed parking space in the yard
a bathroom with daylight on the ground floor, a toilet on the upper floor.
bed linen
Towels and bath towels
a kitchenette with everything that goes with it, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher
a television and free internet connection.
Our house is a non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke in the yard. An exit to the balcony from the living room.
The covered terrace on the ground floor with a beautiful view invites you to relax.
You are also welcome to get an impression of our holiday home and its exclusive equipment on site. We would be very happy to welcome you personally as a guest.

Schöne Aussicht. Geräumige Wohnung. Gute Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung Wenigstens 1 Spülmaschinenladung mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre gut, ebenso in den Schlafzimmern Stühle o.ä. zur Kleiderablage, mehr Kleiderbügel .

Toller Blick vom Balkon

Sehr schön glegene Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Blick von dem Balkon auf den Pfälzer Wald. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von der Kommunikation vor der Reise, bis zum Check out lief alles sehr unkompliziert.Das FH liegt in einem Wohngebiet am Stadtrand von Neustadt von wo aus wir unsere Wanderung gestartet haben.Das FH ist sehr gut ausgestattet, moderne, helle Möbel.In der Küche war alles was wir für ein Wochenende brauchen.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank

Honigsüße Gastgeberin

Trotz laufender Bauarbeiten im Außenbereich ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Man kennt sich ja nicht persönlich, aber Frau H. haben wir als engagierte Imkerin und Honigverkäuferin auf dem Markt getroffen. Vermieterin wie Wohnung: super.

Schönes FeHaus

Sehr gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Es fehlt nichts. Liegt etwas außerhalb am Berg, aber die Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll Dekoriert. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, Carport, überall elektrische Rolläden. Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe, dadurch unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout. Vermieterin über App erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Unterbringung

Vom Haus ist man schnell in der Umgebung. Das Haus selber bietet alles was man benötigt. Matratzen waren gut. Der schöne Blick vom Balkon hat und auch sehr zuhesagt. Alles in allem Ein schöner Aufenthaltes in der Pfalz.

Wochenende in der Pfalz

Wir waren 3 Paare, das es nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gab wußten wir ja vorher. Die Matratzen waren gut. Von der Ausstattung war alles da was in eine FeWo gehört. Platz war reichlich vorhanden, auch wenn man z. Zt. den Wintergarten nicht nutzen kann. Wenn man dann im Sommer noch den Garten nutzen kann bestimmt sehr schön. Wir konnten 2 PKWs und 6 Ebikes auf dem überdacht en Carport abstellen, 1 PKW neben dem Haus. Für uns genau das Richtige um die wunderschöne Gegend auf Ebikes zu besichtigen. Lediglich ein Bad + Gäste WC ist etwas wenig für 6 Personen aber wir waren ja nur 3 Tage da. Würden wir wieder buchen.
