Large Clean Home in Safe Gated Community
One of the very few gated communities in North Hollywood and the Valley; for that extra bit of safety in the City of Angels. Less than a mile from the brand new NoHo West shopping plaza with Trader Joe's, new movie theatre, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We are walking distance from a brand new Planet fitness. Super close to the 170, 5, 134, and 101 freeways. 4 miles to Studio City (Ventura Blvd. ) 11 minutes (6 miles) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Less than 4 miles (10 minutes) to the Burbank Airport. 14 Miles to downtown Los Angeles (e.g., Walt Disney Concert Hall). 20 miles to the Santa Monica Pier and the beach. The house is just over 2,000 SF with high ceilings throughout and vaulted ceilings in the Living Room. New floors throughout, new stove, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. Lots of windows yet very private in quiet community.

I travel often, but prefer to be a homebody, gardening, reading, writing, and hanging out with friends.
Why they chose this property
I am the first and only owner of this house and I have loved it for almost 20 years. The area is very centralized, the neighbors are great, and I appreciate the gates for a little added privacy and security. The house has lots of windows, allowing for a lot of light.
What makes this property unique
As mentioned previously, this is one of the very few gated communities in North Hollywood. It is very centralized allowing for quick access to almost anywhere in Los Angeles.
