Wonderful, welcoming cozy home. Perfect for my needs for my dog’s surgery at CSU. Location close to the campus, restaurants, coffee shops. Neighborhood was very accommodating for myself and my dog. Home was very clean, everything was thoughtfully placed and exceeded my needs.
The online pictures do not do this wonderful place justice! The house is super cute with a great yard. The dogs loved the yard. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed. Lauren was also great with communication. We recommend this place for couples with dogs travelling to Fort Collins! Thank you!!!
Great little place for a couple, or single person, with a dog. The yard is great for dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to downtown Ft Collins.
We enjoyed our overall stay. It was an easy location to get around FOCO and visit with our Ram. Living spaces and kitchen were good; including ability to cook a small Tday dinner. Furniture is updated from photos; backyard and pond definitely in winter mode.
A clean, updated, comfortable, and quiet home in a perfect location of town is what first comes to mind when describing this house. The yard was accommodating for our dog to be unleashed and the deck made it comfortable for relaxing. The sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had top of the line appliances. The host was kind and helpful.
Cozy, quaint and very comfortable. Close to CSU campus. Very responsive communication with property manager. Enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation I would make is to install a full length mirror.
We enjoyed our stay and it was nice having a place that allows dogs to stay as well. Check in was super easy and place was pretty clean. Loved the centralized location as it was close to a lot of restaurant options and shopping. Only piece of feedback we have is to perhaps look into investing in a better mattress. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.
This was a lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was clean and updated and the backyard was amazing! Our dog loved her stay as well!! Lauren was communicative and a great host! The house was central to just about everything and I would love to stay again.
I had to have my trip refunded due to absolutely zero communication with this host. The locking mechanism would not release the key to gain access to the property and after 4 hours of attempting to contact the host from both my end and VRBO customer support with no success. VRBO refunded my stay. If you select this property to stay at please have a back up stay in place.
We had a wonderful time in Fort Collins. The house was well equipped and loved all the personal touches. Would love to see the yard in the summer. We do not have dogs, but if we did they would be happy staying here. Enjoyed the city and art galleries.
Immediately upon arriving we knew this place would be great! So many lovely flowers with a very welcoming feel. Be sure to plan some time to spend in the backyard because it’s an absolute gem. Very close to old town and on a pleasant and quiet street. We will definitely try to book again next time we make it to FoCO!
Loved the property. Perfect for our overnight stay while our sone visited CSU for orientation. And there is a lovely nearby park/playground for our little toddler. The neighborhood is very beautiful and friendly. The flower gardens are very pretty and well kept. Lauren was very chill. Thanks so much!
We loved it! The backyard and the pond was very cool!
Our only problem was the bed mattress.
And the owner said she was replacing the mattress!
We will come again!
