Second stay

We love this property! It is close enough to Old Town to walk to breakfast, weather permitting. It is also very quiet, clean and comfortable! We will be back again, when visiting our son & his family.

Great Place To Stay

Quaint little studio with everything you need. Quiet peaceful residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Ft. Collins. Parking was available in the driveway, but wouldn't have been terribly inconvenient on the street either. Unit had everything that you need plus a few extras. Communication with the owner was easy and accurate. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and private cottage in the heart of Old Town

I was in Fort Collins for an event at CSU and this property is very close to the college. It is in the busy hub of the city but was quiet and surrounded by trees and a cute garden. Steve and Jean are very friendly and attentive when needed. I stayed for several days and there are many restaurants close by. It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.
