Summary:
Located in the heart of the Historic Center of Savannah between Oglethorpe Square and Broughton Street. Walking distance to all of the best shops, restaurants, museums, and tourist attractions including River Street, Bay Street, City Market, SCAD, and Forsyth Park! We are located in The Graham building - a truly unbeatable location!

The Space:
Perfect location and a cozy space when you need a break from the hustle, bustle, and night life Savannah has to offer. Walk in any direction and you’ll find a great restaurant, shop, or historic building to explore.
The condo comfortably sleeps 2 couples or is perfect for a family.
We have two new window units so it stays cool or warm year round!
Guest Access:
All living areas are private and only accessible by you. There is a shared pay laundry room on the lower level of the building.
The Neighborhood:
There is so much to do in Savannah's historic district! Check out our guidebook!
Getting Around:
There is plenty of street parking and a city parking structure is right across the street!
Other Things to Note:
There is no need for a vehicle at this location but if you have one you can park at meters for 24-48 hours by purchasing a “visitor parking pass” from the nearby parking service office. The day pass voters any meter downtown as well as any city-owned parking decks. Parking is available on the street or in the public garage across from the building.
Smoking is forbidden, even outdoors around this property. Smokers will need to cross the street to smoke on public property but Oglethorpe Square is right across the street.
The couch in the living room is a queen-sized pull out bed.
This lovely and historical building will hopefully enhance the quality of your stay. As such, heating comes from natural gas and cooling comes from a window AC unit which work quite well within the space.
This is a historic building and there is no elevator. We are on the third floor
***Please note we require all guests to submit a valid form of ID through our check in form prior to check in. If you do not submit the ID we will not be able to send you check in instructions.***
Interaction with Guests:
There is keyless access to both the lock box (to allow you into the building) and the unit so you can be completely independent and flexible during your time with us. We live nearby and are available to assist with improving your stay if needed.
Once booked, we will reach out to see if you have any questions. 24 hours before you are to check in we’ll send you the codes for the lock box (to allow you into the building) and the apartment door.
